My coffee journey
Growing up in Canada, double doubles from Tim Horton’s were the elixir that helped me get through exams. When I first started getting into coffee, I had no idea how much there was to learn—beyond just dark vs. light roast.
Over time, I got hooked on exploring single-origin beans, trying out new brewing methods, and figuring out how factors like grind size, water temperature, and origin totally change the flavour in the cup.
