Coming off a recent trip to Greece, I sourced a wide variety of coffee from Canada, the US and Greece thanks to my plugs (aka my family). The heat has been rising here in Germany, so I’ve been experimenting with cold brewing methods to keep my palette satisfied and my body refreshed.

My daily brewing method is the plastic Hario V60 filter and the corresponding paper filters, a super affordable way to brew amazing filter coffee.
When traveling, I use the classic Aeropress, my go-to for easy transportation that produces a solid cup every time.
Whenever I brew for larger groups, I use the Moccamaster KBG Select Filter Coffee Machine, which allows me to produce 8-10 cups in a time-efficient manner.

I typically look for filter coffee from South America, namely Colombia and Panama. I prefer fruity notes since they tend to be more pronounced as the coffee cools down.
For milk drinks, I like a good ol’ Flat White with any kind of milk.
